We Love Our City

There is a reason we are here. That reason is because we love the people of Harrisburg, Illinois. River of Life is here to share the gospel, the good news of who Jesus is and the hope that we can make it to heaven one day. There is hope for a greater tomorrow! We love serving and we enjoy being with people. Pastor Bobby Gentry and the staff at RoL are excited to meet you, and help you grow in God!

We Love Jesus

The Bible says "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son..." With this in mind, we can only love Him back, because He first loved us. We worship and praise Him today for who He is and for what He has done!

When you meet our Pastor, Bobby Gentry and his wife, First Lady Della you will find the sweetest people you will meet. Following the call of God and their love for Harrisburg, they have resided here and together to lead River of Life Church. The church gets involved in the community with fundraisers and events to reach people. River of Life loves each person and our hope is to share the love of Christ with all. We love because Christ Jesus first loved us.
